20th Anniversary Birthday Book Competition - Conditions of Entry- Please submit all entries to photo@steppestravel.co.uk
- The picture MUST have been taken by the person submitting the photo
- The entrant must include the place, date and country/place/activity of the photo
- Entries apply to clients for the Steppes Travel Group, which encompasses Steppes Travel and Discovery Initiatives (Steppes Discovery)
- All entries to be received by the by the 30th September
- Judges - Maxine Relton, a local artist who lives in Gloucestershire, and Kieran Murphy , MD Steppes Travel Group, will pick the winning photograph by the 15th October.
- Copyright remains with the photographer but by entering the competition he/she gives permission for the Steppes Travel Group to use the image on its website or in any publication
- If successful, the entrant agrees to provide the Steppes Travel Group with the original file for the image and agrees that it can be printed and used in a public exhibition of winning entries.
- If you take pictures of children (under the age of 16) you must have written permission from their parents. This written permission must then be sent in with the photographs.
- By entering the competition, the entrant verifies that he/she has read the "Rules of Entry" and agrees to abide by them.
- The winner will be notified by the 15th October 2009
- The winner will receive £300 in holiday vouchers in recognition for winning and to recognise any unlimited use in publications or on the website
- Steppes Travel Group reserves the right not to publish your photographs
