Located in a magical desert landscape 15 miles south of Marrakech between the city and the High Atlas, Tigme means 'my house' in the Berber dialect.
The house sits on the brow of a Berber hamlet (Tagadert) in the Haouz plain & has been converted from a labyrinthine string of village dwellings into a rustic yet comfortable hotel containing 8 spacious suites, built around six separate courtyards.
The extensive grounds include gardens, 2 pools, dining room and several terraces with 360° views of the entire area stretching as far as Marrakech and the High Atlas Mountains.
The style of the hotel is authentic and the renovations have been carried out using local and traditional materials aswell as locally woven rugs and wall hangings for the interior design.
