Having a huge blister plaster put on my foot by the wonderful guides at Kasbah du Toubkal, Atlas Mountains, Morocco and having to admit that I'd only walked up from the car park in the wrong shoes rather than having done a trek

Don't lose your temper, always remain calm - especially in Asia
