Beho Beho Camp

Beho Beho was the first camp in the Selous Game Reserve - not on the banks, or the flood plains of the mighty Rufiji River, but in the highlands so as to enjoy the 'cooling breezes' from which its name derives.

This is a true safari refuge for safari travellers who have 'been there and done that' throughout the big game countries of Africa - it takes the best of the lot and distils it into one remarkable experience. Principally, this is a luxurious base camp from which to explore the splendours of one of the largest game preserves in the world - on foot, by boat or by open safari cruiser.

The camp's stone and palm thatched cottages are spacious 'suites', which open up reveal unrivalled vistas of the Africn bush. The camp's open sided lounges and dining areas, together with the cocktail bar and billiard room, provide a sophisticated settings for post safari relaxation and the swimming pool is an ideal place to cool off.
