365 privately owned islands fill the bay of Angra dos Reis. Here short boat rides take you to secluded cayes and allow you to stroll along the sandy beaches or explore the islands along the many walking trails. From Starfish Island guests can visit the hidden inlets of this spectacular bay using the villa's private speedboat. The island itself boasts two immaculate white beaches, perfect for relaxing after a swim in the shallow waters or enjoying a drink before a barbecue.

The main house, built on stilts over the water, is a concoction of hard wood, glass and thatch. Vast windows give way to the mountainous tropical landscape whilst floodlit glass floors bring to life the seabed below. Five bright ensuite bedrooms are scattered around the island in four private cabanas. A heliport built on a deck at the end of the beach allows for doorstep delivery from the city.

The secluded Starfish Island is ideal for an exciting but relaxing family holiday.

The villa is approximately a four hour drive from Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro or fifty minutes by helicopter.
