The Santa Lucia Hotel was built by the first governor of Cuenca in 1859. The restoration of the house began in 1999 and lasted more than two and a half years and how comprises a charming colonial boutique 20-room hotel. Located just 2 blocks from the centre of Cuenca the Santa Lucia Hotel is very central and quiet. The main colonial courtyard is charming and this is where the restaurant is located.
