The Royal Livingstone is one of two hotels forming part of Sun International's exclusive new The Falls resort, on the Zambian side of the Victoria Falls.

The Royal Livingstone is a sophisticated, five star hotel on the lush, green banks of the Zambezi River. It is situated in a 46-hectare wildlife park overlooking the mighty Victoria Falls. The 173 rooms have been designed to capture the essence of an opulent, bygone era. The luxurious bedrooms are two storey clusters, each offering 10 en suite rooms and private balconies or terraces with superb views of the Zambezi River. All the rooms have satellite TV, radio, video, mini-bar, mini-safe and telephone. In-room dining is available. There is an a la carte restaurant which opens onto spacious verandas.

The Falls resort also has a boma (reeded enclosure), crafted in the traditional Zambian manner with seating for up to 350 people. Activities available at Royal Livingstone include white water rafting, bungee jumping, sundowner cruises, game drives, horse riding, bird-watching and bicycle excursion.
