Pom Pom Camp's traditional safari atmosphere is a trip back in time to the safaris of yesteryear. It is set under a grove of shady trees and accommodates twelve people in six, large, walk-in tents with en-suite showers and flush toilets. The bathrooms are enclosed, but roofless for a true bush experience and the paraffin lamps, Pom Pom Camp's only means of power, create a warm and romantic atmosphere.
Imaginative meals are prepared in the main mess tent by the safari chefs at Pom Pom Camp. The menu includes freshly baked breads and a variety of fruits available at any time. A well stocked bar and plentiful ice is always on hand and the dining tent is under a canopy of trees, shading it from the midday sun. Children over the age of 8 years are welcome.
