South Africas largest province, the Northern cape is situated in the South West corner of the country. During the summer months you will experince magnificent displays of Natures power in the way of thunderstorms raging on the Kalahari, April to August brings the best game viewing and August through to September in the Namakwa region you will find an exuberant palette of wildflowers.
The San people amoung the first to explore the lands, have left their mark in the way of rock art all over the province. In the Bo Karoo area you will see small towns centred around sheep farming and the Kalahari brings an enormous landscape of red coloured sand dudnes and waterways covered in bush.
The biggest private game reserve in South Africa situated in the Kalahari Wilderness. Tswalu is two seperate camps sleeping 14/20 people.
