Airline to Fly Daily from Nepal to Bhutan

Late May saw the Buddha Air test flight from Kathmandu to Paro in Bhutan. As of July 17th 2010 the airline are scheduled to run regular flights between the two cities, eventually providing a daily service.
Due to the overwhelming numbers of passengers during the tourist season, the current flight restrictions have caused numerous travellers to be left stranded because of over booked planes. Currently only Druk Air operates a limited schedule and have cornered the market. It is hoped the increase in flights will ease passenger congestion and reduce airfares.
