  • Traditional style hotels

  • Possibility for 4wd and camping in the desert

Day 1
Fly to Marrakech and transfer to your hotel, Les Jardins de La Medina. Only 10 minutes walk from Marrakech's central square Djemma el Fna, this boutique hotel occupies an old former residence and boasts a beautiful garden and pool.

Day 2
Enjoy a half day tour of Marrakech's Medina. Step back in time to visit the 12th Century Koutoubia Minaret, the delicate carving of the 16th Century Saadian Tombs and the impressive Bahia Palace. Wander around the ancient souks and marvel at the Islamic architecture.

At night the city comes alive with acrobats, fire eaters and traders selling their wares. A buggy ride around the City walls and into the famous square after dinner is highly recommended!

Day 3
Drive out of Marrakech to La Pause in the Agafay Desert, a series of simple traditional Berber style buildings, tents and huts in surroundings that exude a sense of extraordinary quietude. Activities here include crazy golf along the river bed, horse riding, trekking and cycling. Stay overnight and absorb the strange beauty of the place, observing the night stars without light pollution and indulging in fantastic home made food. Whether you choose to sleep in a house built from natural mud and straw or one of the cosy tents, the whole place will be at your disposal!

Day 4
Transfer to Kasbah du Toubkal, a magnificent mountain retreat situated in the heart of the High Atlas Mountains. Staff at the Kasbah will offer a warm welcome and delight in helping you to understand their culture. Relax on the terrace or in the Hammam, explore villages or take part in a more demanding trek - it is all there to be sampled!

Day 5
Enjoy a half day soft trek in the mountains with mules.

Day 6
Drive to Agadir and The Sofitel Agadir for a relaxing stay on the coast. Built in the style of a Kasbah with an architectural style typical of the region, the hotel features two restaurants, a bar, an 1800 sq metre swimming pool and a private beach.
