Mincho's Lodge was built as a fly-fishing lodge on the banks of the river Simpson very near Coyhaique city in Chilean Patagonia. The lodge has just 8 rooms with private bathrooms. All rooms offer a great view to the wonderful valley of Simpson River and Los Andes. The nicest rooms of the Minchos Lodge are the dining room and the "Quincho"(a typical barbecue) where you will be able to enjoy typical plates of the region cook in on a firewood oven with agricultural products of the area, prepared with expert Chilean chef and accompanied with Chilean wines.
From Minchos lodge there is so much to do starting with the local fishing, riding, hiking, mountain biking, rafting, photography and many other excursions.
