Maia is nestled on the secluded beachfront of Anse Louis, on 7 hectares, on the south west coast of Mahé. Accommodation consists of 8 Ocean Front Villas, 8 Maia Signature Villas, 11 Ocean Crest Panoramic Villas and 3 Ocean View Villas.

All villas enjoy an 180º uninterrupted sea view and are air-conditioned, with en-suite facilities including indoor shower and outside twin bath, submerged in an infinity edged pool. Each villa also has its own swimming pool and a secluded outdoor Gazebo, with an oversized day bed where guests can enjoy alfresco dining.

Facilities at Maia include a fabulous Spa, fully equipped gymnasium, Yoga, Pilates and steam rooms. Customised excursions to the outer islands in a private boat or helicopter can be arranged and windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking and snorkelling are available on the tranquil beach.
