The magnificent Le Victoria resort is situated on the north-western coast of Mauritius renowned for its long stretches of white sandy beach. The resort faces due west and overlooks a sheltered lagoon between the capital Port Louis and Grand Baie. The 249 rooms at Le Victoria are the largest on the island and are all sea facing with individually controlled air conditioning, private balconies or terraces and en suite bathrooms. 102 of the rooms are inter-leading for larger family groups. The central dining and sitting area has a lovely open feel to it with wonderful views out to sea. There are three restaurants and two bars.

Le Victoria offers a wide selection of land and water sports. It is one of the few hotels to be built next to a maritime national park and as a result has good snorkeling. The hotel has three floodlit tennis courts as well as a very large swimming pool and golf can be played on a nine-hole course at the nearby Trou aux Biches, four kilometers away.
