La Residence, holiday villas, is a small attractive property of self-catering villas in a quiet setting, overlooking the magnificent bay of Anse la Mouche on the South West Coast of Mahe Island.

La Residence complex is built on sloping ground overlooking the sea, in a very calm setting and consists of 3 types of accommodation. There are 3 separate villas, 5 studios and 2 one-bedroom apartments. Each villa has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and fan with a separate fully equipped kitchen. The studio comprises of a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette, lounge and sea facing terrace. Each apartment has a separate bedroom with en suite, lounge and fully equipped kitchenette as well as a terrace with sea view.

Each unit at La Residence is fully serviced and equipped with electricity and gas, hot and cold running water in bathroom and kitchens. Frequent bus services run between Victoria and to and from the Airport and excursions and car hire can be organised. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
