Located on the green and fertile plains of the Brahmaputra River in Assam, Kaziranga National Park covers an area of about 430 sq. km. Situated in the Eastern State of Assam, this beautiful park supports the largest number of endangered Indian one-horned rhinoceros in the sub-continent. With open country, covered mostly with elephant grass, moist deciduous and swamp forests, Kaziranga gives visitors a chance to see the some stunning flora and fauna at fairly close quarters. As well as the on-horned Rhino it is also a haven for over 300 species of birds, as well as wild elephants, Asiatic wild buffalos, tigers, leopards, sloth bears and many deer species.

The Wild Grass lodge is located outside Kaziranga National Park area and is about 200-kms away from Guwahati. Built in an attractive rural style, the resort's gardens are filled with more than 40 species of tree and over 200 species of shrubs, creepers and climbers.

Wild Grass Lodge provides a variety of lodgings from garden cottages to thatched roofed tents. The rooms in the Jungle Lodge have attached bathrooms with hot & cold water facilities. Tented Camp has common convenience of bathroom and showers with modern tiles and hot & cold water facility.
