When To Go

Spring (March to May) and Autumn (September to November).

The climate in Japan does vary from region to region. However, spring and autumn are generally the best months in which to travel. The beautiful Cherry blossom period in April means it can also be very busy. If you wish to travel at this time, it is advisable to plan about eight months ahead.
