Rajmahal Palace

Owned by the royal family of Jaipur, Rajmahal Palace is one of the city's oldest palaces. It was built in the 1720's for the Maharaja. The royal resident, now renewed, looks set to be the most conventional place to stay in Jaipur.

With two restaurants, a pool and a spa, and a large helping of vigorous flair, the Rajmahal Palace decor is as bright as its history.

why we like it

A heritage hotel in India that is not traditional, but entirely contemporary. Being only 20 suites,  this hotel is much smaller than the larger palaces and offer world class hospitality.
