Rajasthan

If you only visit India once, make sure to set your sights on Rajasthan.

The region certainly lives up to the hype: full of colour and culture, delicious cuisine, immense beauty and glorious history. A holiday to Rajasthan is the perfect place to begin any journey through India.

Our first choice to travel around Rajasthan is by private car and driver. This way you can sit back and take in the incredible scenery, avoid any public transport delays and be confident that you will reach your destination in good time. Having the freedom to stop on a whim and to ensure that you don’t miss those serendipitous moments is a must. We use air-conditioned vehicles, all meeting our strict criteria. Most drives between destinations will take between four to five hours. An alternative to road travel is a first-class train journey.

Kate Hitchen

My travels were first inspired by my love of the UK, which I take as much pleasure in exploring as countries far and wide. For me, travel is all about the adventure, the people I meet and the food I sample along the way.
