Hotel Tunquelen first welcomed guests in 1949 and despite a recent refurbishment has tastefully maintained its historic ambience with 40 moderately sized and simply furnished rooms each with either a forest or lake view.

Facilities at Hotel Tunquelen include a health club with sauna, whirlpool and range of beauty treatments, an indoor swimming pool with spectacular views across the lake, extensive gardens and a stone terrace. Hotel Tunquelen also hosts its own restaurant serving a menu of both local and international cuisine.
