The estancia is a private property of approximately 25,000 hectares 120 kilometres northwest of the town of San Martín de los Andes. The main house, built of local timber in a country style, occupies a commanding hilltop location overlooking the valley and River Quillén. The majority of the guest rooms are located within the main house and are all comfortable and pleasantly decorated.

The estancia offers a well-organized and wide-ranging programme of activities including riding through the ancient monkey-puzzle forests, trekking and walking, boat rides on the lake, condor spotting and some of the best dry fly fishing in Patagonia. All activities are accompanied by a bilingual guide and can be tailored to meet individual requirements.
