Estancia Las Colas is a true working farm, unlike many other estancias located closer to Buenos Aires. Situated approximately two-hours from Buenos Aires by car, the estancia is near the city of Gualeguay in the rolling landscape of Entre Rios Province.
The main house, built in a Renaissance-style at the beginning of the last century, is surrounded by a beautiful park and has extensive grounds which guests are free to explore. The house itself can accommodate 16 guests in total and offers a relaxed and personalised service for those wishing to experience traditional rural Argentine life. The rooms themslves are comfortable and have been tastefully decorated and are in keeping with their colonial surrondings.
There is also an inviting outdoor pool, tennis court and an interesting motor museum located in one of the old stable blocks. The estancia specialises in both cattle and agriculture, and guests can get involved with daily ranch activities. Other activities which can be enjoyed at Las Colas include horse riding, lovely walks to the nearby marshes or simply relaxing by the pool.
