Experience Our Frozen Planet |
The BBC series has swept the nation, everyone seems to be talking about pebble stealing penguins and that exhausted male polar bear! The Steppes Voyages team have been watching avidly and couldn't be more pleased that the Poles' pristine wilderness, wide-screen scenery and prolific cast of exotic wildlife are having the exposure they richly deserve.
Drawing on our first hand experience, we can't help thinking that the BBC have missed a trick. To experience these beguiling destinations yourself, you don't need to sit out in the cold for months on end only to miss that perfect shot because your camera has run out of film; travel by comfortable small expeditionary ship as we do - and go digital! |
