Picture Perfect

There is no greater challenge than photographing wildlife in its natural habitat. The subject matter can be unpredictable, often elusive and the environment can be challenging. Whether on the steep slopes of Central Africa, in the humid rainforests of Borneo or on safari in India's tiger country, good wildlife photography requires skill, patience and an understanding of your subject.

Spectacular photographic opportunities are plentiful when travelling on any Steppes Discovery tour, but in order to cater for the needs of the wildlife photographer we have created a new programme of dedicated wildlife photographic tours. From beginner to experienced amateur, our expert leaders will spend time helping you with practical hands-on advice in the field, making sure you are getting the most out of your camera and your trip.

Travelling with like minded people you will also have plenty of time to capture the perfect shot. So if you have a keen eye and a passion for wildlife book one of our tours to get closer to nature. Don't forget to book early as places are limited due to our small group size.
