Charles Knights

I decided as a boy that when I grew up I was going to be Indiana Jones. However, as I grew older I realised such a feat was going to be harder than anticipated, not least as Indy and his adventures were in fact fictional. I started out in the mosquito-ridden rainforests of Costa Rica, where I trekked – my body powered only by powdered soup, my skin lacquered with sun lotion, sweat and repellent – for four days through to the Pacific Ocean. Needless to say that the experience for me was a great adventure and I haven’t looked back. Since then I have travelled across deserts, mountains, air, land and sea. My true love is the East, where my eyes are always drawn when opening a map.
