Diani House is a large and comfortable residence, set in twelve acres of forested garden on Diani Beach, thirty kilometers south of Mombasa. Diani House is one of the oldest houses on Diani Beach and still a treasured family holiday home. Guests may join together in the large and comfortable sitting room. Accommodation is for eight in one double and three twin bedrooms, all ensuite and beautifully furnished with four poster beds and antique furniture from India and Zanzibar. Each spacious room has it's own veranda and splendid view over the garden, beach and sea.

Food is a special feature of a Diani House holiday, with the emphasis on seafood and fresh local produce, and fishermen bring fish and shell fish to the kitchen straight from the ocean. Meals are usually taken al-fresco on the veranda or in the garden, although guests can order meals on their own verandas if preferred.

The garden is a haven for small forest animals, including five types of primate and many birds. Nocturnal bush babies, bush buck, the tiny suni antelope and several troops of the endangered black and white colobus monkey, are resident in the garden. The garden has 250 meters of beach frontage onto what some well-traveled guests have called one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The exclusivity of the property in terms of it's size and the personal attention offered, makes it suitable for the most discerning of guests.
