Reserva Natural Palmari
Palmari caters for both the curious as well as the serious guest and provides the perfect base for exploring further into the Amazonian interior on foot or on water. River travel is the only form of access to this remote area, having arrived at the confluence of the Javari and Santa Rosa river by military hydroplane, canoes pick you up and ferry you the remaining distance to the camp. The flight in is renowned for unrivalled views over the beautiful jungle below.
Visits to the local tribes and expeditions into the jungle are encouraged and easily organised.
