Hotel Casa Higueras is located on a sloping hill in the heart of Cerro Alegre, close to the Yugoslavo Walkway and the century-old El Peral Funicular.
Following a careful restoration, this 1920s mansion has been converted into a charming hotel with 29 guestrooms, all with private facilities and many with their own terraces affording views across the bay of Valparaíso, the Cordillera and Concepcion hills.
Hotel Casa Higueras also houses its own restaurant; 'Montealegre,' serving local cuisine and seafood specialities. Further facilities at Hotel Casa Higueras include an outdoor pool fringed with elms, figs and an enormous monkey-puzzle tree, and a spa with sauna and Jacuzzi.
