Awasi
Awasi is the new height of luxury in the Atacama Desert. With just 8 cottages, built using the local materials of stone, adobe and wood, Awasi is located in the centre of San Pedro. The cottages are well appointed with private patio, sitting area, shower inside and out plus a good amount of space. In order to maximise your stay and really benefit from the area, Awasi provides each cottage with a private guide and 4x4 vehicle. The hotel also offers a bar and breakfast room.
The excursions and activities at Awasi are individually tailored to each guest's interests and hobbies, whether that be trekking, wildlife, photography or even fishing for trout in small desert streams. Awasi now offer astronomy, bird watching and photography as part of their usual all inclusive programs. A specialist guide in their own field will accompany guests to make the most out of these new additions.
