Villa Itapororoca, Trancoso
Villa Itapororoca is a fabulous private luxury villa located 10 minutes drive from the chic village of Trancoso in Bahia. Designed by a well known Brazilian architect, David Bastos, the villa combines the regional charm of the north-east with the refinement typical of any top class property found across the world.
The six air conditioned suites are housed in three stand alone cabanas. The communal area is in a separate thatched pavilion beside the 18 metre long infinity pool, where guests will find the large dining area, kitchen and seating areas with views to the ocean. Four staff live on the property and their services are included: Local cook (8am - 5pm), maid, barman / maintenance man and use of an English speaking concierge (4 hours per day).
Set within a private reserve of 10 hectares of native forest, fruit trees and trails, guests have private beach access (50 metres away) where the sea is crystal clear and great for swimming as it is sheltered by an offshore reef. Good snorkelling is possible on the reef.
The villa is approximately one hour’s drive from the nearest airport in Porto Seguro. There are direct daily flights from Sao Paulo and Salvador and indirect flights from Rio de Janeiro.
