Casa Turquesa
Casa Turquesa opened in 2008 after a five year restoration by the Sao Paolo-born owner, a charming two-storey boutique hotel set in the heart of colonial Paraty, close to the port.
The hotel offers nine comfortable and cosy rooms, all set around a pretty courtyard, many with views of Paraty Bay and the tiled rooftops from its windows and terraces. All rooms and suites are individually decorated with white washed walls alongside vibrant colours and unique furniture. The hotel has a library of art books, a decked plunge pool and Jacuzzi within the courtyard, a bar, wine cellar and a pretty garden.
