Casa Paraty
Located on a cobblestone street, the Casa Paraty has immediate access to all the shops, bars and restaurants of Paraty and is only a few steps away from the harbour.
The villa's walled garden with circular swimming pool makes for a very secluded area, also ideal for candlelit dinners cooked on the outside grill, which can easily be followed by evenings out on the town. This historical merchant's house has recently been completely renovated. The quality of its accommodation is now better than in most pousadas, whilst its bedrooms are one of the most luxurious in Paraty. The villa also has its own schooner (at an additional cost) for daily excursions to the hundreds of islands and beaches that make up this gorgeous Brazilian bay. Services of part time English speaking concierge, daily maid service and a cook (8am - 5pm).
The villa is approximately a 3.5 hour drive from Rio de Janeiro, 4.5 hours from Sao Paulo or around forty minutes by helicopter.

March - October, although December to February is high season when it is hotter and wetter.
