Anavilhanas Jungle Lodge
Anavilhanas Jungle Lodge is set within the Anavilhanas archipelago, just 68 miles (110kms) from Manaus, on the banks of the Rio Negro.
This small and exclusive rainforest lodge hosts 16 palm-thatched cottages constructed in the traditional Caboclo regional style. All cottages are air conditioned and powered by electricity with a small fridge and running hot water. Meals are served family-style in the main house with snacks on offer throughout the day. The lodge also offers a charming pool with sun deck, a small library, and a bar. Caiman spotting, piranha fishing, canoeing, visits to local communities, and a number of nature trails are just a few of the activities on offer at Anavilhanas Jungle Lodge.
