Pestana Angra Hotel is immersed in the South Atlantic coastal forest of Angra dos Reis with some 365 tiny islands dotted offshore.
Privacy and convenience are key to this boutique-style resort which hosts a collection of 27 bungalows tucked away into the forested hillside and with views overlooking the bay. All bungalows are awash with contemporary décor and fitted with comfortable furnishings. Many bungalows also feature a private sauna and Jacuzzi on the veranda.
The resort restaurant, Cais da Ribeira is situated directly on the shore where it serves Portuguese cuisine alongside the charming Bar Brisa.
