Talisman Al Ameen
The Talisman Al Ameen is a charming, luxury hotel situated in the ancient walled city of Damascus. This old palace is built in a quiet side street, in the old Jewish quarter and the family who owned it were well known to various dignitaries including Richard and Isabel Burton.
It has been restored in the most authentic traditions of an Arab house. Each of the seventeen rooms and suites has a unique layout and beautiful decor. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard, and most meals are taken around this pool.
