Walking through the back streets visitors can explore the hidden temples overflowing with bright coloured flowers and the unchanged workshops and courtyards. No holiday would be complete without visiting Patan and Bhakatpur which sit in the Kathmandu valley and whose intricate architecture reflects their origins in the Hindu religion. Take an early morning flight along the Himalayas where, on a clear day, you will see Everest or spend two or three days river rafting on one of the valleys many rivers.
