Aashyana is a unique property owned by a charming Bombay industrialist with an extensive art collection and a great interest in the teachings of Indian gurus. Set in 6 acres of garden, running down to Candolim beach, it is an exceptional property to rent.
The house itself is stylish and chic with 5 en-suite bedrooms (the 2 largest measure about 50sq m and although the other 3 are smaller they are no less stylish) and therefore sleeps 10 in comfort. Although right in the centre of the backpacker area, you are totally and completely isolated from it unless you venture out, which can be fun. In the grounds are a further 3 cottages, equally stylish, each with 2 double bedrooms. There is a 25m swimming pool, outdoor dining and party area, showers and a barbeque area by the beach entrance.
