Masseria Cimino
Masseria Cimino, an 18th century farmhouse, is located a stone’s throw away from the beach and is close to some wonderful UNESCO heritage sites. For those passionate golfers who can’t envisage being too far away from the course, the hotel is also very close to San Domenico Golf. This is an ‘agri-tourismo’ (a working farm) where guests are welcomed with warm suites and open fire places. The 15 rooms have been furnished in a contemporary, Mediterranean style, some of which are located in the ancient tower and others in the old farmhouse adjacent to a Roman archaeological site, which has recently been unearthed. Each room is equipped with flat screen TV, mini-bar and safe and have individually controlled air conditioning and special surprises like a picnic basket, to take to the beach or to the pool.
The food at Masseria Cimino is locally sourced, mostly organic and always plentiful.
