Villa Amalfi View
Amalfi View is an incredible property overlooking the sea. The gate of the property will introduce you into a little paradise of shining flowers, yellow lemon trees and gorgeous views of the sea. Passing trough the several terraces and flower beds you'll enter into a lounge area where you can enjoy a 180°view of the Coast. Proceeding on the left and leaving the house on the right you'll pass through the terraced garden with the gymnasium, sauna and a relaxing Jacuzzi pool for 4 people with an amazing sea view.
On the upper part of the property, 2 panoramic terraces surround the ground floor of the house. There an outdoor dining area is equipped with barbecue, a table and seats, on the other terrace the living area with comfortable chaise lounge to have a drink or to read a book.
The beach is a pleasant walk, along 150 steps. The beach area is private and secluded, well equipped with deckchairs and sunbeds.
The fantastic terraces on the coast open onto: a wide panoramic veranda, a living area with a large plasma Sat tv, Hi-fi, DVD Player and Playstation, a dining area with table and sets. On ground floor there is also a full cocktail bar, 2 wc with washbasin, a fully equipped professional kitchen and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the terrace. The furnishings are in modern style and are of excellent quality.
The Villa has 5 bedrooms in main house (1 on the ground floor and 4 on the second floor) and 2 suites with direct access from the terraces. The rooms are all with sea view are comfortable and tastefully furnished double rooms with air conditioning, mini bar, satellite TV, DVD player, LCD screen, phone line and DSL Internet (wireless on the groundfloor and by cable in the bedrooms), and private bathroom with shower, and/or Jacuzzi. The bedrooms have bathroom en-suite with shower, 1 double bedroom on the second floor has a shower and a Jacuzzi.
Villa Amalfi View has been recently renovated and equipped with all modern comforts such as air-conditioning in each bedroom and the living areas.
The house is in an excellent position for going around the Amalfi and Sorrento Coast, visiting all the main towns such as Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento which can also be reached via the sea. Also close by is Ravello, which is famous for its festival which starts at the end of June and ends at the end of September.
