Baja Peninsula

Baja whale and zodiac

The Baja Peninsula is 760 miles long and as narrow as 30m in some places. The peninsula is a must see with colourful deserts, endless beaches and incredible marine life.

There is so much to do in this rugged desert environment from relaxing on one of the many white sand beaches to mountain biking the 1600km road from North to South. A myriad of activities such as horse riding, fishing, diving, whale watching, kayaking, golf, carnivals and fiestas, and cultural wonders shouldn’t cease to amaze. Few miss the opportunity to visit La Paz, the capital city of Baja California with a handful of colonial buildings and many fine restaurants romaticised by spectacular sunsets over the bay.
