Barefoot Cay
Barefoot Cay is a privately owned resort located in the Bay Islands on the southern shores of Roatan.
A small and intimate resort, Barefoot Cay consists of just 2 beachfront double villas and 2 single bungalows. The bungalows comprise a king-size bed, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and partially open-air shower. Two-bedroom villas are more spacious with two identical master suites, a central living space with kitchen and seating area, plus a covered deck with views out to sea. Facilities at Barefoot Cay include a dining service, pool, spa rooms, a modest fitness centre and a dive shop. Further amenities can be found in French Harbour located just a short distance from the resort.
On a clear day it is possible to see the mountains of mainland Honduras and the reef is within swimming distance for those feeling inclined. Guests can also take a boat ride from Barefoot Cay to Mary's Place or John's Spot, two of the top rated scuba diving spots on Roatan.
