Harmony Hotel
Just so there are no misconceptions: Harmony Hotel really does live up to its name, located just steps from the white sand dunes of Playa Guiones in the small coastal town of Nosara.
A range of 24 different accommodation types, from rooms to bungalows, is located within the hotel’s tropical gardens. Each of the ‘Cocos’ rooms are set atop a wraparound wooden deck that extends into a private enclosed garden area at the rear with a heated outdoor shower. All rooms are awash with crisp white décor and provide simple furnishings including a king sized bed. Bungalows are open-plan style with a comfortable seating area, king-size bed raised on a platform, sofa bed, and either a bathroom or outdoor heated shower. Residing just steps from the ocean, the two bedroom suite bungalow comfortably accommodates a family or small group of up to 6 adults. The suite features two spacious guest rooms; each with a king size bed and a sofa bed, a large bathroom with bath tub and shower, and a long private wooden terrace with seating and hammocks.
Harmony Hotel’s open-air restaurant provides casual dining appointments for up to 40 guests with a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu all prepared with fresh local and organic ingredients. Aside from fruit juices and smoothies, the rancho-style Juice Bar also serves a variety of lighter meal options including salads and sandwiches. The hotel also hosts a stylish bar.
A large salt water pool surrounded by exuberant vegetation is nestled at the heart of the gardens, featuring many endemic species of plants and trees, or guests can access the beach via a short pathway through sea grass and sand dunes. For ultimate relaxation, yoga, soothing massages, skin treatments and therapies such as ear coning are offered inside the Healing Centre.
