Trip Summary
A fabulous 14 day beach and bush holiday combining the very best of safari in Zambia and beach in Malawi. Start your holiday with a more relaxing two night stay at Nkwali Camp and then head north up the Mupamadzi River. Spend 5 days on a walking safari exploring the remote and wild terrain and its game in what is known as The Wilderness Experience of the South Luangwa. Then head back down south into South Luangwa National Park to Tena Tena Camp for more game viewing in 4x4 vehicles and bush walks, before heading to Pumulani Lodge for a truly magical 4 nights on the shores of Lake Malawi.
We suggest travelling between May and September, you can travel up to November but the days begin to get very hot in the South Luangwa.
