Koro lodge is a fully serviced private homestead located in the wonderful Bushman’s Kloof reserve, this magnificent and remote house boasts two ,ensuite master bedrooms, a children’s loft sleeping four and an independent ensuite lounge area which can sleep two more. The open plan living space encompasses the Kitchen, living room and dining area and all are overseen by a private hostess, chef and guide. your time is truly your own, whether its enjoying the infinity pool and the BBQ area on the terrace or exploring the nature and attractions beyond with your private guide.
Bushman’s kloof is a very different and unique Cape experience. The remote Koro lodge is nestled into the foothills of the Cederberg Mountains and only 3 hours drive from Cape Town. Built in the style of that region the homestead overlooks miles of beautiful countryside and the Cederberg Wilderness area. Although in a reserve, the wildlife to be seen here in endemic and gentle with many antelope species, the mountain zebra and small predators. There is very much to do here and essentially you are encouraged to relax and enjoy boundless nature, be it on a bicycle, a sunset drive or a nature walk. You may even find solace in the Elemis and Dermalogica Spa which you can visit at the main lodge. The reserve is an important conservation area for Bushman paintings and here you will be able to learn all about the ancient art and the people who created it through specialist guides. Families are particularly well looked after and there is canoeing and archery, wild-swimming and local tours for everyone to enjoy.
