Susuwe Island Lodge
Susuwe Island Lodge lies within the impressive Bwabwata National Park in north eastern Namibia. Tall riverine trees cast their protective shadow across the lodge during hot African summers, overlooking the fertile river floodplains. The Lodge is nestled in the heart of a pristine wilderness.
The Lodge has just six suites overlooking the Kwando River and its surroundings. All the suites have double bedrooms and a private en suite bathroom with bath tub at window height. They also have a lounge and a private decking area with a personal plunge pool. The Lodges main facilities include spacious lounge and dining areas, a reference library and a split level viewing deck, which is built into the forest canopy.
Activities from the Lodge include guided walks into the Bwabwata National Park, game drives, and boat trips on the Kwando River.
