Nuarro Luxury Eco Lodge is a unique located in the enchanting bay of Memba on the Baixo do Pinda Peninsula. It is a luxury eco lodge created using natural resources and it is powered by sun and wind.
Twelve beachfront chalets overlook the open ocean and two of the specially constructed rooms offer an upstairs room to accommodate families with children. Each chalet has been built utilising traditional technology, allowing for perfect ventilation.
If you want to experience the bush, you can explore Nuarro’s conservation area by following the eco trails by foot or on a mountain bike and enjoy the wonders of the sub-tropical surroundings. This area has an abundance of bird life. Alternatively, you can visit an authentic cultural village and meet the friendly Macua people.
Scuba Diving at Nuarro Luxury Ecco Lodge - Nuarro is an ideal place to dive, whether you are a learner or an experienced diver, there is something for everyone. For the beginner, it offers diver entry from the shore with a gradual slope towards the wall of the continental shelf, which teams with stunning fish and beautiful coral. Moving on from the Nanatha Point there is a wall that runs for the complete circumference of the Baixo. This has somewhere in the region of 15km of wall diving and an endless amount of dive sites. The great advantage about diving at Nuarro is that there are only the lodge divers on the reefs. So, you get the whole reef to yourself and dive times are usually dictated by air supply not the need to get back for the next boat of divers. Best of all, it's still pioneering stuff - we believe that there are still exciting reefs to be discovered!
