Kumbali Country Lodge
Kumbali Country Lodge is positioned in a picturesque setting just outside Lilongwe, it offers accommodation in one of the few Natural forests and spectacular views from the hills of the Capital Hill Dairy Farm across to Nkhoma Mountain. The Lodge offers exceptional comfort in a uniquely decorated lodge and rooms, along with enthusiastic and professional service.
Kumbali Country Lodge has thirteen rooms in total. There are nine executive rooms, which are enclosed under beautiful ethnic thatched roves and have en suite bathrooms, Television, Internet and a private patio which offer superb views of the area. The remaining four rooms are attached to the main lodge and have shared bathroom facilities for a more economical budget. There is also an intimate dining room which offers a wide menu of home cooked cuisine. The Lodge aims to use fresh produce which is grown locally on the farm including vegetable and dairy products.
Due to the vast 650 hectare estate which the Lodge is set in there are a number of activities offered including a variety of interesting walks through the forest and along the river. Due to the small amount of game and an abundance of birdlife within the area there are also opportunities to trek in the forest to discover these.
