This expeditionary Madagascar cruise offers the adventure traveller the rare chance to experience the unique wildlife and beautiful scenery of the island’s virtually inaccessible northwest region. Using the newly refurbished small research ship Maya Dugong as your floating base, explore this stunning coastline with daily guided excursions to nature reserves and local fishing communities, with plenty of opportunity for snorkelling and swimming, whale watching, kayaking and diving (optional). The snorkelling and diving here is some of the best in the region. Choice of either a full 15 day or shorter 8 day expeditionary voyage departing in August. The boat is also available for Private Charter to private groups (July – September).
