Taye Hotel
Gondar is a popular town to visit, especially during the Timkat celebrations. However until now there have been very few places to stay in Gondar. The Taye hotel is one of the latest additions to the town of Gondar. It is a large hotel and you will most definitely find groups of tourists there. However it is currently the best place to stay if you want a more modern hotel. It offers about 79 rooms, a gym and conference facilities. It is a little big compared to the usual hotels that Steppes Travel like to offer but it is new, clean and modern and that is a step up for accommodation in Gondar which we feel was lacking. Taye hotel definitely looks better in our eyes from the inside than it does from the outside but with a little time it may find its place.
