Located at the very heart of the famous village of Sidi Bou Said, dating back to the 13th century, looking out simultaneously on part of this village, on Carthage and on the whole expanse of the Gulf of Tunis, Dar Said is not more than 15 minutes away from Tunis-Carthage International Airport and 20 minutes from downtown Tunis.

Formerly a family house built in the mid-19th century, Dar Said has been restored preserving its architectural features and turning it into a charming boutique hotel. One of the courtyards of this old Arab mansion is the swimming pool. The others are intimate spaces full of dappled light overlooked by lattice-shuttered rooms, each furnished differently. The atmosphere in this boutique hotel is unfussy with an old-world feel about it.

There is a small swimming-pool alongside a beautiful garden, including century-old cypresses and bougainvillea, overlooking the Mediterranean with the world-famous Blue and White colours of Sidi Bou Said into an exceptional environment bathed in great calm.
